I am dabbling with reducing glutens and keeping much better watch over my caloric intake. A recent arm injury has plunged me deeper into poor eating habits combined with reduced activity. I hope to drop about 15 pounds, increase my energy levels and do so without a ton of dietary guess work. My Fitness Pal seems like just what I need to jump start me toward my goals. Especially since turning 40 i am no longer able to get away with the random dietary cheats of yesteryear.
