You are right and truly after 114 pounds lost I am doing so much better than I was before. I wasnt sore or anything the next day. (which every attempt previously was...) I will continue and I will master this!

Get counseling for one. It may seem like a trite response but your behavior is so self destructive. Yeah I have been taking it for almost two months and I do not smell bad. It makes your burps tasteweird for a couple of hours afterwards but I had one person tell me thats how you know its good lol!
