Focus on a better education. Go for the college life, don't fall in love so fast. Wear a good supportive bra and always have good posture. MOISTURIZE, MOISTURIZE, MOISTURIZE is a must!! Laugh louder, love harder, forgive more and be kinder to myself.

You can really see a difference. Keep up the great work and the dress looks FABULOUS!!!

A cup of strawberries has only 50 calories YUM! heck go for a cup and a half.

Give yourself a week to recover. Your body needs to rest. As hard as it may be for you, just rest for one week. Then when you start again, try walking for about 15 minutes until you can build up your endurance. I hope you get better soon.

Congratulations! such a success. thanks for the motivation.

bagged salad mix with frozen grilled chicken strips. I highly recommend Fresh Express. They have a good variety like Pear and gorgonzola. The kits are roughly 300 calories INCLUDING dressing and the grilled chicken strips can be microwaved in minutes which adds another 100 calories.

Your response is GREATLY appreciated and duley noted to not keep "tempting" foods in my house. I usually would buy the weight watchers or skinny cow ice cream and it was REALLY good. Then, I ventured into Ben and Jerry's...BIG MISTAKE! I can't deprive my family from it, but I will not have any when they do eat it. That is…

I found some after doing some research and found these Ryka Studio D to be the ones I've liked to use during my Zumba workouts. My Zumba instructor also recommended Nike Shox. Here's the link for the shoes. http://www.zappos.com/ryka-studio-d-black-gun-metal

I just posted something a few days ago about pain in my foot and felt as if it was plantar faciitis. One of the things I took from the advice, was my shoes were probably to blame. I wear nike shox and I am doing more harm than good by using them. Also, stretching my feet before a work out was another advise. Take it easy,…

they look happier, more confident.

CONGRATULATIONS!!! great progress! YOU CAN DO THIS!

That's another complaint of mine on the elliptical or arc trainer....feet falling asleep. I usually try to reposition my feet, but no luck. I like the fit flops idea. I have some New Balance ones that I absolutely love. I will see if our gym will let me try it out.

ohhhhh...that might be the culprit! It hurts to get out of bed first thing in the morning.
-
I do use Nike Shox.

I didn't think about it being my shoes. That is a good point. I have started using heel gel inserts to help. I have noticed mild pain on my knees to. Is there a proper way to "stride" on the elliptical?

AMAZING!!!!! congratulations.

Very inspirational. I am at the phase where I loathe having to enter my weight. I look forward to the day where I no longer have to look around, as if I am putting a secret code, to no longer hear the dreaded BEEP! Congratulations.

Thank you all for your input. I need to make time for ME without feeling guilty. I will stick to working out 3 or 4 times a week when I get off early and find workout dvds to use at home or hop on my gazelle while I watch TV. Good luck to you all.

I appreciate all of your ideas and input. I plan on making some "snack" bags with almonds, carrots, misc healthy foods keep me focused and on track. I plan on working out soon and my stressful busy season will almost be over with and I'll be back to normal. I am determined to keep going after losing 17 pounds in almost 3…
