Hi, I was on Topamax for a few months. I'm unsure as to why you would be put on it as it's a anticonvulsant drug. That's why I was put on it, to try and treat my Epilepsy. I've never heard of it being used to treat the conditions that you have. I have Depression, Anxiety & Body Dismorphia too, along with a number of other…

Oh yes! Anything heavy!

I workout 5-6 times a week. I do HIIT at home 5 days a week and then yoga or cardio (running or jump rope) over the weekend if I feel I need to or if I've had one too many treats that week.

I have both of my nipples pierced and I have tattoos. Personally, I say have both done! As my mum says "you only live once!"

My calorie goal is 1300 a day as that's my maintenance calorie burn. I then add in my calories burnt during exercise ( I use a HRM) . So it varies from day to day. Today it's 1998 because of exercise. I do HIIT 5 days a week using 15kg weights, I'm going up to 16kg next week. I also do an hour of cardio (running and jump…

Honestly, a diet plan ( or what ever you want to call it ) that doesn't allow fruit is definitely a plan to ignore! The better you eat the quicker you'll see results and feel so much better.

Chocolate is my downfall. I've found that things like M&M's are a life saver! A few M&M's a day is enough to keep me from eating family sized bars of chocolate. Also, fun sized bars are good for when you're dieting. I know a few friends that swear by them when they want to shift a few pounds.

I'm currently on 1200 calories a day. I go by 200 cals for breakfast, 400 cals for lunch and 600 cals for dinner. Sometimes I have 300 cals for breakfast and lunch then 600 cals for dinner.

I find the best way to stay motivated is remembering why I decided to start eating healthy and exercising regularly. Also, I treat myself to something every month as a way of kinda celebrating the fact that I've been good and stuck to my eating & exercise plan.

Hi! I use a polar FT4 and swear by it! I've seen much more progress since using it than I did before hand when I was just going by MFP. Also a online exercise community called Bodyrock.tv a huge amount of their followers swear by Polar heart rate monitors too!
