i havent weighted yet but im pretty sure i prob put on at least 2 pounds. i put on 2 pounds over thanksgiving and in the week after i lost four. so i hope if comes off that easy this go around as well. i think alot of it was water retention. good luck to everyone.

apple juice is great my son has problems with this and the doc says you can have too much whole milk. i dont know how much he has but something to look at. and yogurt is good with probiotics is what the doc told me fro my 9 yr old
