I had the same problem until I started to get better about logging what I was eating and how much I was exercising.

Meh I try my best on the weekends. I'm suppose to be attending two holiday parties this weekend so I'll see how it goes. I plan to log regardless of how good/bad I do with atleast one class.

I too pushed my calorie intake up to 1440 because only eating 1200 wasn't cutting it for me. plus i'm a foodie that loves to cooke/eat out (bad combo). bottom line do what works best for you. I wouldn't starve myself for MFP standards so if your still not getting by off of 1300 move it up to 1440 and see how you do.

I suggest Leslie Sansone as well (if you don't want to purchase the DVDs Youtube has a large selection). I'm only 12 pounds overweight and have done other dvds ie taebo, 30 day shred etc but when I still want to get in a good workout without killing myself I do Leslie's 2 mile series.
