I get up and move. I do squats, jumping jacks, lunges anything to move. I chug some water. LOTS of water. I write. I'm a writer so that's just nature. I play guitar. I ride my motorcycle (in the summer, of course.)

Romance. They're...hm...a really odd but modern twist on fairy tales. Think of it as in...if Red Riding Hood and the Big Bad Wolf did exist.

HAHAH...no. The first in the series will be Little Red, then the Shoe, Only Sleeping, Who's the Fairest, and Beast (tentative title). Little Red is set for a March release with the others to follow.

Yeah...it ended up being a total of 4 books (so far). I'm a writer so it worked out rather well. :) I hate the outer body ones...they feel...real.

I'm flexible! I can twist in ways I never knew that I could! Men actually look at me. Which is still...weird to me, because I haven't gathered if the staring is a good thing or not just yet.

I was eating from 1200-1500 daily, working out 6x a week and have been stuck in a plateau since Nov 27. I recently upped my cals to 1800 a day and I'll see where that gets me. I'm weighing after my TOM ends, so we'll see :)

I've been playing 18 years now. I have a Fender strat that I usually play and I have two of my da's Les Pauls...those kind of just sit and look pretty, it you know what I mean ;) My playlist literally changes from day-to-day. I have always loved doing my own version of different songs. Honestly, I play to fit my mood.

I'm a hazard around my TOM. I mean...really. I want to hurt people. I have PMDD, was diagnosed back in 2008. I try to chug as much water as I can (I hold onto a lot of water, we're talking 10+lbs), eat a balanced diet and keep fruits for my snacky foods. This. I hit a plateau and noticed eating more a slight jump in the scale but a loss in inches. Just takes a bit to bust through. Don't be discouraged. Keep moving forward.

I have celiac, meaning I can't have gluten. It's found in wheats and there are days I miss real bread, oatmeal, pizza. But, if I eat it, I end up in the hospital with a morphine drip talking about how I'll strip and steal a snow sled...not good, so I stay away.

It's Alaska. There's a moose in my back yard as I type. Hiking, biking, camping, rock climbing, boating, flying, specialty cruises. We don't live in igloos, we do carry guns and the bears get in our trash. ;) ^sunrise on top of one of the nearby mountains. Below, the northern lights at storm level.
