So today I was going to congratulate myself for doing good by having a little ice cream as a treat! I got caught up watching Glee and before I knew it, I had eaten 850 calories worth of ice cream!!! I havent binged in three weeks and I havent even wanted too. Not sure why I did that!!! Only went over by 101 for the day.…

My grandparents are iin town from out of state and they take us out for at least one meal a day! So far so good though!!

Extremely unhealthy. If you want lose weight and dont care if its fat or muscle and dont care about health then its ok, but if you want to be healthy and change your lifestyle I dont recommend it. I tried it 2 years ago and wound up with very serious health issues due to the hcg diet

I havehad years of binging. I would sit and eat a bag of chips and a whole thing of dip like it was nothing. Then I would look for more. Eat a whole pkg of oreos. I have discovered that food is my addiction :( Im trying to develope a healthier relationship with food. Very glad you started this!

After a round of steroids I gained one pound. Weighed in at 175 :( of well, could be worse! Was only able to eat 3 servings of fruit this week due to stomach issues!

Been dealing with a migraine since Thursday. Everthing that goes down has come up I am averaging 1 serving a day the last two days.

My goal was 174 and I hit it! Next weeks goal is 173 which is goal for the whole challenge! Excited! I did not attend a class though!
