7-week challenge WEEK 6 challenge details/weigh-ins

I'm soooo sorry that this is getting out so late! I won't hold today against you! And I'm adding a day. Weigh-ins won't be due until Sunday this week. I'm still not sure how every team is doing or how many people are still in this so if you are still in this group please reply to the next topic I will be posting here in a few minutes!

Week 6 challenge:
Give up 1 trigger food this week!
If you have a food that is so irresistable that you can't help but scarve down seconds or thirds, SKIP IT!
For this challenge just put yes or no at the end of the week of whether or not you went without the food of your choosing. Just pick one food (Brownies, ice cream, potato chips, etc.) whatever makes you turn into a grizzly bear!

Stay in this everyone! You are all doing great! My progress is non-existent right now seeing as I'm now on two different antibiotics: one for a kidney infection and one for pleuritic chest pain. So even though I'm not working out, hopefully I can get better with my eating. two weeks left! Give it your all! :) Love you all!

    ooh good challenge!! my trigger food is definitely brownies! especially after dinner - i can NEVER have just one. usually i end up eating too many and feel like crap!

    so NO brownies for me this week.

    last week i weighed 157, so my goal for Sunday is 156. good luck everyone!

    Well, darn! I don't know if I should do another challenge like this or not!
    The first week challenge was to stay away from chocolate. I did just fine, as I seldom have chocolate. But after that week was over I started having chocolate ice cream every night!!!

    Ok... so no chocolate ice cream this week. ;)

    No Girl Scout Cookies for me this week. I bought 3 boxes before I joined MFP and now they're sitting on my shelf taunting me.

    It's gonna be biscuits (or cookies for the Americans :P) I'm giving up this week. Had one yesterday but I wasn't aware of the challenge so now that I am; it's Operation: Biscuit Avoidance time!

    Oooo this is a hard one for me as I have given up all my 'trigger foods' for lent anyway and have managed to stick to it. So this week I am going to give up my last remaining treat.... not food but it does sometimes trigger to grab a late night snack..... this week I am giving up my precious vodka and diet coke :(

    So glad challenge is still going, thought everyone had disappeared!

    I've omitted most of my food too, but I do crave at weekends, crisps on and a bacon sarnie on a saturday morning so i'll abstain from that.

    I've started my zumba wii this week so i'm hoping that it will give my body a good kicking.

    My goal will still be 138lbs

    Well, I have cut out all of the "bad" foods....pizza, cookies, chips, candy, soda, etc. I dont' have anything left to cut out as my daily diet consists of whole grains, veggies, fruit, shakeology, and lean proteins. So, I guess as long as I don't falter this week, I am good to go! :)
    My goal weight this week is going to be a little more of a challenge....it's "That" week...so I seem to have put on 2 pounds overnight! lol Drinking LOTS of water today to try to counteract that....we will see how the week goes.

    Oh...no York Peppermint Patties during this PMS week. That will be a challenge, but I'm up for it. I need to have a really good week, because I'm going to be in Vegas next week for week 7. Not very good timing on my part!

    Ohh my trigger food...not really food is gumballs! Double Bubble Gum Balls...only 10 calories but they add up over the week. So no gumballs for me!

    Still in this, though it's been the week from hell. I missed the challenge posting somehow. I would have said tortilla chips. They're not what I crave the most, but once I get going, it's hard to stop. I got into them once this week, but I WAS a good girl, and put them away after only TWO servings!

    But the good news is, I broke a plateau and lost a lb! I'll put my details into my team thread. Going for another lb this week.

    I've been looking for this post everywhere! Well, good thing I gave up my fave thing this week even before I saw this! For me it's diet soda!!! I drink it and then I want more and more and then I even get a sweet tooth and want other things as well! So this week I gave it up for another challenge but it's perfect for this one as well!

    I made my goal weight, and resisted eating any Girl Scout cookies this week!

    I'm weighing in at 159.8 from 160. At least its something! I made a batch of homemade cookies for a friend this week so of course I had one and that was my trigger food. But I only had one!
