I don't know what a cd serve is, but if you made the butter chicken from scratch its easy enough to find out how much a serving will be. Just weigh each item and the my recipie option will total the calories for you, then u can work out how big a portion won't put u over.

I am aiming to go down a dress size if it happens to be a stone then great if I can do it a couple of kilos I will be happy with that too. Good luck everyone! Im sure we'll all be rocking some fab frocks this silly season:drinker:

you know you dont have to eat boring, you really can havewhatever you want ( just portion it so it stays in your calorie allowance) if its some sort of calorie whopper try and write it in your diary first so you can hold back on other portions for the day and you can always use the extra calories you ate as good motivation…

no i naver tried it (ive had my thryoid removed now) I read a fantastic article in nexus a few years ago on lugols iodine solution, if ur function is low itd definatley worth looking into. I have graves disease so it wasnt an opton for myself. Has anyone else ever had weight gain while sufering from graves?

m glad u asked this question, I was just looking into these two products today. The jawbone up is sounding promising. I have a nokia N8 I have no idea if its an android. its obviously not a iphone. I wonder if it would sync with my phone? More importantly does it sync with ur pc?

another option is to do workouts at home in your living area there are heaps of great dvds out there, and I have a ps3 move. One of the games i have is a fitness regime 'get fit with Mel B' it has nutriton plan and a different workout each day and tells you how many calories you burn each session. I hav'nt lost enough weight yet for people to comment, but it would make me feel good. When people asked me if I was pregnant and I had to tell them" no im just fat" that was definatley motivating enough to get me moving my *kitten* :smile:

I dont really weight lift except for a pump and tone workout which is aerobics with wrist and ankle weights. I can only manage a 1/2 hour of that before I need a break. ...i can eaisly do 45mins high impact-cardio or step. Is a granola bar what us aussies call a museli bar?

I sugges tgetting some new friends, You should be able to enjoy the food you eat if youre within ur calorie goal you will get results so dont worry about what other people say. Feel good that youve got yourself back on track

I log it all too; And in the diary part I write the way I felt that day.
