  • I don't typically respond to the forums but I couldn't pass on this one. Adding it to my "Favorite Quotes" every where possible. :) Thanks!
  • Thanks for this challenge - it will be.....challenging - but I am going to try!
  • Log it as circuit training
  • My son will be 4 in Nov and still takes a regular 2-3 hour nap. I am not looking forward to the day he gives them up completely.
  • No idea if I did it right - I added my name and saved it but it may have just saved for myself. SW 154.4, CW 152.2, GW 135
  • Done - I get at least 8 in a day but usually more = even if I don't log it.
  • My goal is to get back into my old smaller clothes. If that's by shrinking inches and losing less weight - I'll be ok with that. SW: 152 GW: 135
  • This is exactly what I have started to do. The kids have to leave me alone for 30 minutes a day now. Its really the only ME time I get.
  • 1.) son that will be 4 in Nov, 8 month old daughter 2.) probably not 3.) not fun. 53 hour labor, ended in csection. then a repeat csection. 4.) when the kids are in bed at 8-9 pm. 5.) i want to feel better about myself
  • Feel free to add me. I was diagnosed with it when I was 18 and am 32 now. I did an endo diet back in my early 20's for a year and I felt amazing on it. No white flour or sugar for a year. I now have 2 precious miracles. One IVF baby and one surprise baby :) Feel free to message me if you have any questions. I have totally…
  • Interested as well. My goal was to hit my GW by Dec 27th. I have 18 lbs to go.
  • I tried to turn the voices off last night and found all it did was mute her but you still see her lips moving - so lame! So I turned it back on and just pushed through. I figure I can put up with the same thing for 10 days before going to level 2 and then 3. If I see results I'll be glad to do the same thing over and over.
  • We have a lot in common! Great job - and all in a year! You look fabulous. We didn't take pictures last year at my husbands company party because I was 2 weeks away from my due date - I'm hoping this year I will be at my goal weight :)
  • We got one here this summer and I have already loaded up our pantry and freezer multiple times. These aren't all healthy but delicious: tempura chicken vegetable fried rice all the produce the cheddar block edamame TJ's salsa unblanched PB Green Chili and Cheese tamales - YUM!!! • Also similar to you as well. 5'3.5 188 153 135 (125 would be awesome!)
  • Pretty close to me 5'3.5 SW 188 CW 153 GW 135
  • On Day 3 of Level 1 today - same as you.
  • My son is nearly 4 and I joined MFP after having him. I lost all my baby weight (65 lbs) and it wasn't nearly as hard as I expected it to be once I started logging on here and using the MFP tool. After having my daughter in Dec I jumped back on and am planning to lose this weight as well but hopefully much sooner. Last…
  • I did it back in May and dropped 5 lbs within 5 days. The weight never came back either and it was just the jump start I needed to get me motivated. However, the dandelion root tea was a bit harsh on day 5-7 so when I tried it again last week I only did the tea for days 1-4 and then switched to another tea (you can also…
  • When I had my son I gained 65 lbs total between fertility meds and pregnancy weight. Afterward, I only lost about 20-25 lbs from delivery and maybe breastfeeding. After a year or two I joined MFP and lost the rest of the weight by logging calories and walking and doing Zumba 1-2/week. I was so excited to finally be back to…
  • I think I voted too - I can't tell if it worked. I found your post on the main page and have to say that I had lasik in March and it changed my life! I hope you win - fingers crossed for you!
  • I have two pair - the tennis shoe looking ones for home and the Mary Janes for work. I wear them daily and love them. They are very comfortable and have helped me with my posture. As far as toning, I can't say I've noticed a different. As far as jogging in them, I can't even wear them at a fast pace on my treadmill without…
  • I've been sticking to 1200 calories M-F and working out 3-5 of those days. On the weekends my cravings go nuts and I usually splurge. But I still try to stick to a semi-strict diet by eating only half of the meal and maybe saving the other half for the next day. Or if I know I am really going to go over I make sure to work…
  • The Woodlands :)
  • I just want to say that I hope it works. That is what I am doing too. There are a few ladies at my job that walk at lunch everyday and the difference has been amazing!
