How to Log 30 day shred

So I started today and am wondering how I should log it and no I do not have a HRM.

    I bought a heart rate monitor (watch) that I wear during the work out and it calculates my calorie burn. (I am 5'3, ~200 lbs, 23 year old female and I burn about 250-300 each for level 1 and 2)

    - I bought the watch at walmart for $15-20 by the way
