  • Welcome aboard! I know the feeling all to well of trying to lose and finding it hard to stay motivated. I'm still trying to get rid of the last few lbs of baby weight myself. My little lady is 14 mos now, so it's really no excuse, thus the reason I signed up on here as well, (and also because my sis-n-law asked me to…

  • Congratulations on your weight loss thus far! This sight is definitely addictive, I find myself on here more than on facebook...lol....keep up the good work and stay focused!
  • Congratulations and good luck on you journey towards reaching you goal! We as mothers definitely have to take back our health so that we can grow old with our husbands and children as well :-) Keep up the good work, 31 days already is a great accomplishment!

And also, I've been getting great results already and I'm only in a week. I've lost weight already and I do believe it's because I stay under my calorie goal and I don't eat the extra calories earned…
  • slice an onion over them, place them in aluminum foil(don't wrap them tight, make sort of a pocket and fold the sides) before you put them in the oven that way the steam will stay in the foil and they will definitely come out moist :-).
  • Welcome to the site! Good luck on achieving your goals, and remember to just put one foot in front of the other, and take it one step and day at a time :-)
