My goal for this month is to cut out more sweets. I have changed my drinks and am almost all the way of dr pepers, and 100% of reg sweet tea ( i do have some with splenda once in a while) but I still eat alot of sugary things... Time to stop that too

Hello old friends and new ones. I am really excited about this challenge. I have had about 6 weeks of not doing well but I want to make this month count. I have hen weekends, a mini break to Spain, weddings and meeting the man of my dreams all happening in the next few months and I need to be fit and ready.
I'll post my weight and goal tomorrow - goal depends on actual weight!

OMG! I really need to do this! My Birthday goal for June is 130! My March weight loss was not as kind to me as January and February. Will definately work on the Goals this week, I will get more fruits and veggies in my system again! I hope to get a jump start this weekend. I just went grocery shopping and have tons of lettuce and tomatoes...and Cantelopes were on sale! I may have to go back for more cantelope...yummy! I will have to think about the something healthy and new...0 -
