    I TRIED SOMETHING NEW TODAY!!!
    Red pepper hummus!!! I really like it! I had it with some veggies and later for my snack I plan on dipping some rice cakes in it yummy! Can't say as my daughter and husband took a liking to it lol that's great though!! More for me!! Lol yay for new stuff!

    Way to go! That is what I was hoping for... for people to get out of their comfort zone and try new things... whether it be food, or a new activity, or even an alternative cooking method (such as if you have never poached or steamed something, try it! )

    Thanks for taking over the challenge Nikki! I've had a great time with those who have been doing the challenges the past couple months and I'm excited that it's a new month to start fresh! I've been struggling the past couple months, not really sure why the weight isn't coming off when I'm sticking pretty close to my calorie goals and working out. Hopefully I can push past that this month! Because I've been struggling so much I don't think I can expect to lose much more than a pound a week, and I feel that will be a challenge for to even get that. I look forward to getting to know everyone even better as the month goes on!

    Wow... Great interest in this group. I am just waiting on a few people to give me their starting weights that already said they wanted to join the challenge. I am going to close new entries now unless you were part of the last challenge. We are at 58, and We as a group decided to keep our group on the smaller side so we can keep track of everyone.     Ugh, so I tried a green smoothie today...let's just say I almost yarked. *shudder* I just am not that hardcore yet. will try to look for a different new and healthy thing to try.
