Challenge 1 Three portions of fruit and veg. - Since I hate them both, I'm gonna go with a juice drink. Here's a good time to get in more than just water.
Challenge 2 Try something new and healthy. - I'm gonna try a new workout video, I'm thinking either Belly Dancing or Yoga. And I'm gonna start drinking the fat burning tea, LOL water, lemon, cinnamon, and cayenne mix, swig, and it's the worst thing I have to look forward to all day.0 -

Red pepper hummus!!! I really like it! I had it with some veggies and later for my snack I plan on dipping some rice cakes in it yummy! Can't say as my daughter and husband took a liking to it lol that's great though!! More for me!! Lol yay for new stuff!0 -
