    I can't edit my first post so I'm updating this way.

    Challenge 1 Three portions of fruit and veg. - Since I hate them both, I'm gonna go with a juice drink. Here's a good time to get in more than just water.
    Challenge 2 Try something new and healthy. - I'm gonna try a new workout video, I'm thinking either Belly Dancing or Yoga. And I'm gonna start drinking the fat burning tea, LOL water, lemon, cinnamon, and cayenne mix, swig, and it's the worst thing I have to look forward to all day.

    Already had 1 cup strawberries and will have 2 cups of salad for lunch...will work in some cantelop later (yummy)

    Still thinking about something healthy and new....maybe I will go to Publix and try a new fruit or vegggie...or maybe I will piggback off 2Y4T and get some coconut water...GNC has them on sale this week...I know a girl at work has been drinking it.

    Way to go! That is what I was hoping for... for people to get out of their comfort zone and try new things... whether it be food, or a new activity, or even an alternative cooking method (such as if you have never poached or steamed something, try it! )
