L1 D7 is done. The workouts are starting to seem shorter. Starting to mentally gear up for Level 2. It's a killer.

Great Job !! Isn't it nice when you can get it done and out of the way? Gives you more energy all day - boosts your metabolism. I keep telling myself this when i am lying in bed. Rarely works. Kudos to you for doing it!

I took my daughter shoe shopping last night. Who knew there were so many pink sparkly shoes in the world? I got home so late I didnt get to to Day 4. So I got up early this morning and did it. And tonight I will do it again to count as Day 5. I will. I will.

Ok - I tried this with ground turkey and it was YUMMY. I used a lb of ground turkey breast (99% fat free), and I chopped up some mushrooms, onions, garlic. I keep hearing that everyone is really sore. Try doing extra stretching at the end. After Day 1 my glutes were KILLING me. So I added glute streches after the cooldown and I really think it helped. Day 3 done! Not to shabby. And I noticed something on the video that made me smile, you know, in a catty sort of way. When you are doing the arm crosses, check out Jillians arm waddle. It's small, but it's there. Nice to know she is human.
