What are your favorite workout songs?

Options
Alright guys, it's time for me to start getting back in the gym again, which also means it's time for me to take those 'put me to sleep' songs off my ipod, and replace them with some up-beat songs that are good to run to.
Any suggestions for good songs? What are your favorite work out songs?

Anything with energy. A lot of hard rock and pop songs that make you want to get up and dance. I can't listen to anything mellow or slow.

One of my trainers frequently has the song "F--- You" by Cee Lo Green on her playlist and it's great. Not only is the song actually good for working out to, when one is doing a particularly challenging workout it just _fits_.

    For the treadmill:

Time Won't Pass Me By: Hall & Oates
Runnin' Down A Dream: Tom Petty

Once I get my burn on, then I'm good

Next: New Order: Substance Disc 1

Janet Jackson: Janet and Rhythm Nation

Hi! Depending on what music you are into, you can download the Ministry of Sound Running Trax cd's. They are housey songs with fast beats, I have them on my ipod or some drum and bass!! x

I like "Run This Town" (Jay-Z w/ Rihanna) or "Raise Your Glass" (Pink) to get started!
I put Kanye's "Stronger" at the end of the workout...it's cheesy but it gives me that extra push to see it through - harder, better, faster, stronger!!!
