Looks like this group kinda fell apart. I have had alot of stuff going on, but am still running when I can. I did Week 3 Day 1 today. And I did it on a treadmill in the hotel I am staying at. I never ran on a treadmill before, I kinda liked it.

I did W2D2 today. Same exact time and distance as W2D1. I did see a quote earlier today that I liked. It said "Whether it is a 14 minute mile or a 7 minute mile, IT IS STILL A MILE." Love it.

Im a chocoholic too. I do fat free pudding cups, vitatop muffins, skinny cow ice cream, little weight watcher brand cakes. I would like to join!! I have done C25K Wk 1 Day 1. 3 times. But it was so sporadic I didnt feel like I had earned Day 2. I will do Week 1 Day 1 (again) for the last time this Sunday 1/16 (cant do it Sat). I love being part of a group like this - it really motivates me!

sloppy joes made with ground turkey breast on whole wheat bun. I had mine open faced so it seemed like more than one sandwich. Side of corn...it was the only frozen veg I had !! Guess I need to go to the store!

Hanging tough here in VB. Storm almost over. Worked 14 hours today. I'm gonna skip the shred today. Gotta be back at work at 6am. Hope to get off at 6pm tomorrow night and I am going to do Day 1 Level 2. Went 600 cals over today. Yikes!!! But I did drink a ton of water so I'll count one victory today.
