i just started about a month ago but i spend 30mins lifting and 30mins running/ walking. i do that 5 days a week.

You are right, it’s all about perspective. it was joked about ( by family and some friends) when i was younger for having such long legs and little body, sometimes it was just people pointing it out to me so i always associated it with being bad, i will try and be more positive about it, thanks :)

if i am paying for the gym membership i make it a point to go at least 4 days a week. i have been doing it now for months and i like it. Its cold where i live so i can't go outside to workout. As long as you stay committed and really want to change i think you will be fine. You have to WANT it. :)

i have IBS and when i eat any foods with a lot of grease or in general unhealthy food i can feel it. It’s usually my left lower abdominal area, right above my left hip. i have no idea? Maybe because during the week i have a set schedule. i go to work, come home, workout, make and eat dinner then go to bed. People online. When i was researching it i found a lot of good and bad things about it so i wasn’t' sure. i like to get answers from a lot of different places. i don't just trust one person or website and assume they are right. so i wanted more opinions about it.

i stop once i feel i can't run any longer. once it gets to hard to breath and sometimes its becuase i have a horrible side ache, which is caused by noth breathing right lol

its actually a little worse now, its my knee that hurts too ( maybe even more then my calf). Its just an allover pain from the top of my knee, down the back of my calf to the front of my ankle. Not horrible, but enough to make me want it gone. if i had to choose one spot that hurts the most i would go with my knee, it…

I eat a protein shake after wards (about 20g) and i stretch, maybe im not getting enough protein? i only got 94g yesterday and i weight 120lbs so i will have to up my protein. I have no idea what a foam rolling is so im going to look it up now, thanks! :)

be confident, you can do it! the hard part is over, you lost the weight ( congrats) now all you have to do is maintain it. Don't allow unhealthy food into your home so when you want to snack all you have is good, healthy food to snack on, that is what i did and now i'm just used to eating healthy and don't really crave bad…

SO after 6 glasses of water today i feel SO much better, im acutally starving right now. I ate the protein bar, a banana and im going to go eat my apple, maybe some carrots and then dinner when i get home. SO happy to be feeling better, i felt like **** erlier. :)))

i make a protein shake, 1 banana, coconut milk, nonfat greek yogart, bluberries and ice. I have that on the way to work, and once i get to work i sometimes eat some flax seed oatmeal and an hour later a banana or apple. I also have a black coffee sometimes.
