I am definitely a fan of the cookie and creme bars. I had the cinnamon roll flavored bar the other day and it was absolutely horrid! I ended up tossing it out after eating it at room temperature and sampling a microwaved piece. Ditto to everyone who said they eat them from nutritional value.

I track on that day just like any other day. I earn extra calories through the week and use those towards my meal.

Hey Untouched! Welcome. You have my exact stats and too am looking to lose the last 10 lbs. I am right there with you. Feel free to add me. Good luck to you!

Bump, will read later for reference.

5-6 times a week. I walk/run everyday for about an hour and have started incorporating weights 3 times a week @ 45/60 minutes a day.

Your progress is amazing. Thanks for sharing. This is the motivation to lift the weights even more so now!

Holy moly you look great! Congratulations to you on your definite success!!!

Whenever I feel myself not wanting to workout or making an excuse, I pull out my before pics and measurements. Seeing where I was and where I am gets me up and going. Then there are days that I downright do not want to get up but I do it anyways. I know it will suck the first 10 minutes or so, but then I get that energy…

Ahaha, definitely yummy!

I simply listed an item of food that I love ( the same as others who specifically listed similar items to what I listed which is candy) that can have a high number of calories if not eaten in moderation (as I obviously did not before thus the reason I am here today.. ie 4 packs a day everyday with no calorie deficit or…

I have seen a difference in myself with my intake of water. I find that I was actually dehydrated a great deal of the time not hungry. Instead of eating, I would drink a few glasses of water which would in turn keep me from eating those calories that I did not need at the time. Quite filling!

Definitely this. I am in love with the Giant Chewy Sweetarts. I could probably eat 3 or 4 in at least one sitting. I definitely try to get in a great workout early during the day and maybe a walk in the evenings if I know that I am going to truly indulge!

Breasts and bottom ( luckily I got THIS back after hard glute work)!

Saving for later.

Youtube always has great ideas for workouts and I find that looking on Pinterest can provide additional ideas on workouts as well as recipes for limited budgets.

I definitely use a scale and anything that has a barcode on it I try to scan into my phone. I double check as the entries are sometimes incorrect in the system. You mentioned chicken breasts and although I am not sure of your stores, I am able to scan and find my meats in the database as well and it states whether it is…

I am pretty close to my goal weight but I have started implementing a strength training regiment. I find that I am having to do less cardio than before and I am starting to see definition. To me, it is easier to implement before you reach your goal, especially if you have made it a habit all along. I also know that feeling…

I started out and own the FT4. I believe it was around $55. I am looking to upgrade to a FT7 in order to know what % of fat I am burning as I believe this product offers that feature. Personally I feel that it has been worth the money for me. MFP definitely overestimates what you burn here. Pairing that with a food scale…

I am definitely losing weight to feel better for me,myself and I. I can not be there for my family if I do not take care of myself first. Of course I want to look good for my husband but more so for myself. I feel better about myself and at the end of the day, that is what matters the most to me!

I am there with you. I eat 1460 calories a day and I save my biggest calories for dinner and an evening snack.. I keep my snacks small during the day.

Hip dysplasia is a potential future concern as it is known to occur in his breed. We definitely know this may be an issue in the future and will stay on top of it with the vet. But for now, that is not an issue so no immediate worries at this point.
-
There seems to be no issue at this point. We have been doing so for the past 4 years and he has a clean bill of health from his vet. He was seen in fact just a few weeks ago for a full examination and he is quite healthy. When he reaches an older age, we will of course adjust accordingly if need be but for now as he has no…

Yes ma'am. I work from home with a very flexible job ( ie I can take my phone with me) so a walk every 4 to 5 hours is totally possible. It wears him out and keeps me in shape!

I have a 4 year old pitbull. I definitely log all of my calories burned with him. We walk between a mixture of hills, flat roads and trails. We go out on walks an average of 4 times a day at an average of 70 minutes per walk. I definitely get a great workout!

Both are amazing products. I definitely feel that I became more serious when I purchased both. Good luck to you!

I definitely learned this is not the way to go, at least for myself. I pushed myself to the limit when I started in order to continue on the same eating patterns I begin with. My calories are 1460 a day @ 5'5, 152 lbs. There were days that I would exercise in excess of 1,000 calories a day to be able to eat what I wanted.…

Great way to approach weight loss and overall health!
