I only weigh myself once a month, if that. I don't even own a scale, and only weigh in when I visit my mother who lives out of town. That way I don't base my mood on weight loss, just on how I feel and how my clothes fit. The scale is just a number.....................it's always been more important how I feel than how…

I met my "now" husband on Match.com 7 years ago (at age 44).............................dated for 2 years and now married for 5, and still very happy! My best advice is to be very honest (especially with your photo!), and email/talk on the phone often before meeting for coffee or a drink.

Yes, I LOVE it!! I hate exercising, but not only is this a great workout it's also fun................highly recommend it!

If you want to have fun exercising, try out the Wii "JUST DANCE" game.................(not really a game). You can get a great workout by dancing to a song of your choice, and enjoy it! I personally do not like to exercise, so this has been a great option for me.

Kashi bars...........they have some with chocolate for someone needing something sweet, only 120 calories. My favorite is the chocolate coconut!

Welcome! I was also obsessed when I first started about a month ago, and still am! I haven't missed a day.....................it's so helpful to be aware of what you are eating and just how many calories, etc., are your food. Good luck!

I am also a little over on my sugar intake.....................I tend not to be too concerned if it's coming from fruits and vegetables though.

You can always substitute chicken instead of beef or turkey.................I also add corn sometime!

I've seen the "Let's Dance" exercise program and it looks like great fun. I don't have a WII but am thinking I might get it just to use this program..........
