I'm usually under my calorie, protein, fat, carb goal each day but usually go over my sugar goal. I eat and drink sugar free foods whereever possible, I don't have added sugar in tea or coffee.
My sugar intake predominatly comes from fruit and veg.
I was wondering if anyone had any suggetsions on lower sugar fruit and veg, or if anyone else has the same problem as me?
Thanks in advance!

I am also a little over on my sugar intake.....................I tend not to be too concerned if it's coming from fruits and vegetables though.0

Unless you are diabetic I wouldn't worry about your sugar intake as long as you aren't over on your calories. Especially if the sugar is from a healthy source such as fruit and not refined sugar. I personally don't even track my sugar intake.0
