Ok, I have been doing MFP for 3 months now (as well as eating better and exercising). I am continuing to lose in inches, but still not much in pounds. I love her videos. Our cable company carries her programs on a Free exercise on demand channels. I do her tapes on the days I can't get to the gym or outside to walk. Like today, it is rainy and cool here all day, so I will do her 2 mile walk later this morning. They are very fun and the time really flies by!

I was the same way my WHOLE first week of the diet. I had never dieted before so it was so hard. I was hungry all the time! By the second week, my metabolism must have evened out, because I can easily go 3-4 hours without feeling that hunger pain. I think it will get easier for you too!
