Take a break from running if you want to. Find another form of exercise you might like, such as swimming, yoga, lifting weights, etc. The thought of exercise shouldn't stress you out - find something you love.

I log once a week to two weeks if I can. I log both losses and gains.

Remember, you don't only need strong arms to do a pushup. You need a strong chest and abs, too. I suggest doing pushups on your knees first. Also, make sure you do exercises that will make your chest stronger, such as dumbbell bench presses and dumbbell flyes.

I honestly don't see an issue with wearing makeup. I wear it not because I'm insecure, but because I see makeup as an art and it's fun.

For lifting I usually use bodybuilding.com. It doesn't connect to MFP, but it's the best tracker for lifting that I can find.

I'm going to try to get to my goal weight (finally) and run a half marathon.

Try eating fruit or vegetables. Apples with peanut butter usually will help. If you'd prefer not to eat anything, try drinking hot tea.
