  • Yes I take vitamin tablets. I can not stand veg I have Tryed many time 2 eat the stuff but without success. I just gag on the stuff. I have gotten a liking 2 lettuce though on a sandwich. Never liked the stuff b4.
  • Thanks for the reply. I have tried many vegetables over the years and disliked all exept Carrots and potatoes. Allways willing 2 try more if I come across them. Its the taste I carnt stand. Tryed 2 cover it up with spices but not worked.

  • Thats my calorie target avery day. Look at my dairy. Most time im under but have recently been told this is wrong. I am feeling fine no ill affects at all. So I am going 2 do more research as I understand what others on hear r saying but im too scared 2 increase my calories.
  • May I also add that this is the 1st time in my whole life that I have lost so much weight. I know its wrong and would not advise any 1 to do what im doing but and its a big but. If I increase my calories I will put the weight straight back on. I am so scared of that.

  • Yes my dairy is accurate. I have been very meticulous about everything I log. Weights portion sizes. So am I not dping this right as I feel fine and have had no problems. Ive recently had blood test done and all came bk ok.
