2 servings of all whites egg whites 2 turkey sausage links 1 ounce green onion 1 ounce green pepper 1 ounce mild cheddar shredded cheese 1 whole wheat english muffin Toasted the muffin and added I cant believe its not butter spray and made an omlet with the rest of the ingrediants. Very yummy and a total of 285 cal.

Week 2 started on Monday. Week one just consisted of Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. We rested and weighed in on Sunday and Started week 2 on Monday.

Day 3 Mission complete!!! My legs are so sore, they hurt as hell but it feels good at the same time. Ive done the Bushmen series the last 3 days, trying to push myself past my limits. Some modifications necessary but I am trying. Hope everyone has a great night.
