I work out and eat healthy so that I can have days with pizza and beer! It's give and take. What would life be like if we never indulged in the things we love? Moderation is key. Just don't eat a whole large pizza by yourself....or if you do, just don't do it again tomorrow!

If you are just experiencing sore muscles, I would still go and do some light cardio and then lift focusing on other muscle groups. Honey is a good alternative to refined sugar, from a clean eating standpoint. Although for weight loss purposes, it's best to cut back on sugars as much as possible. I think you need some help with what to eat. Just a quick look at a few days of your diary I see you are eating deep fried fast food, crescent rolls, lots of butter and there is a lot of quick added calories. Why is your whole day ruined? You have the rest of the day to make up for your bad choices. Think of it this way. Nut butter! Peanut, almond....either one! I cant live without it! I even use it in my dessert! I love it mixed with plain greek yogurt. so I guess greek yogurt would be #2. None of the flavored ones, way to much sugar! I like mine plain with peanut butter in it!

I do, and I always have. That is my big meal of the day, and always will be! With that said, my dinner is almost always healthy anyway.
