WEEK 3 PW - 187.4 CW - 184.5 2.9lb loss!!! I really don’t know how because I’ve not eaten to plan at all! I can’t believe it! I think this is what I’ve needed to motivate me to get back on track. I’m going to log every day this week and hopefully get down to 182 by 31st!!

WEEK 2 PW: 187.4 CW: 187.4 Steps: 33,446 No loss. I put that down to not moving much in the last week. Nursery is shut for the whole of December, so I’m working from home. I need to start getting some excercise in!!

Daily check in for - Wednesday Logged - yes, under Steps - roughly 6,000 Water - not enough! I found it quite easy to stay under my calories today. There’s not much temptation in the house so that’s great! I’m really determined to lose 6lbs this month so nothing’s getting in my way!
