    That must be such a great feeling! What is your take on macro percentages? Any preference? My trigger food is - and always has been - bread. I am now happiest with about 100 gram of carbs a day. With MFP for nearly 7 months and slowly losing weight.

    My take? Do what works for you :) If you lose on 100g of carbs, thats great! Find a macro percentage that will help you feel satiated and keep you at your calorie goal.

    This dude gets it. Everyone is little different but hitting minimum protein and fat numbers is important. I’m personally miserable under 200 carb.
