I was addicted to diet coke. I used to drink a 44 oz from the gas station every night! I cut it out cold turkey Jan 1. I've had one regular soda since then. My stomach is so much less bloated - it's crazy! and I feel better, too. I dont even crave it anymore.

I cant see your diary. You can open it for viewing in settings. Then you could get some great help from ppl on here! :) How long have you been at it? It took 3 weeks for my scale to move..

Chobani mango is my fav. Their black cherry is good, too.

I feel the same... you are not alone! but it gets easier to stop bc I've only been doing this a few weeks now, and last night I had a bunch of junk and actually felt really gross after.. like it wasn't worth it at all!
