I tried using Lose It but you gotta pay a premium in order to link to your Fitbit. I guess it’s a merger of choosing the lesser of two evils.

Finished Week 3 on Saturday and started Week 4 today. Who knew I could jog for 5 minutes straight?!?!?!? Haven't done any of the program outside but maybe I should. From what I've heard and from the last post, running outside is totally different than on a treadmill. I might just have to bite the bullet......:frown:

Did Week 2 Day 1 yesterday. It wasn't too bad but it wasn't easy either. Addind 30 second of jogging doesn't seem much but it definitely gets you huffing and puffing. Gotta keep pushing!

Yesterday was a good day. I actually finished the day BELOW my calorie limit!!! WOOHOO!!! :smile: So today is day two of getting myself straight. So far so good. I just can't seem to get myself motivated enough to excersise.:grumble: At least I'm eating better, right?:huh:

I had planned to really kick things into gear October the first (even though its a Saturday). I went to buy my bridesmaid dress yesterday (ugh! :grumble: ) Instead of waiting until Saturday, I've decided to start changing some things today. Yesterday was day 2 in level 1 of 30DS. I'm hurting in places I didn't even know I had! But I'm happy because that means I'm working hard. It's fun, and Jillian doesn't play around.
