If you're looking for lo-cal with no extra protien powders, etc. here's one:
1 cup dark chocolate Silk Almond milk
1 cup frozen fruit of your choice, my favorite is raspberries
Also good with Vanilla Almond milk and frozen tropical fruit
If you use coconut milk and tropical fruit you'll get a pina colada-ish flavor...
I like to use the frozen fruit cuz I can pretty much find the ones I want even if they're out of season (Just be sure that you get the no sugar added fruits!)0 -

Mine is simple and really great for you..I drink it most every morning for breakfast. I use Keifer (it is a yogurt drink with at least 10 live cultures instead of the standard one in yogurt)
1 cup frozen fruit
1 cup Keifer
Blend and it is amazing and super thick like a milkshake! Delicious! I can not speak enough good about the health benefits of Keifer.
Find it in your yogurt section in a tall bottle, the most popular brand is Lifeway or in the Organic Refrigerated Foods section. I get the Strawberry Banana! They also have blueberry, pomegranite, plain strawberry and many more.0 -
