I weigh myself every day - I have for years. I keep a little book in my bathroom and I write it down every day. Some people think it's crazy that I do that, but I have tried not weighing myself every day and it's amazing how the weight just piles on!

I weigh 134 right now and wear size 3/4, and size small shirts. I have been at this weight before WITHOUT exercising and was wearing a loose 7/8. Can't beleive the difference exercising makes!

Congrats! That is a MAJOR victory! My work serves cake all the time. I freaking love cake. Over time, I just learned to not even go into the breakroom when they are serving it. It is less of a temptation now! Hopefully it'll get easier for you over time as well!

My mirena has been the best thing I've ever done! (my husband agrees!). My first TOM was pretty horrible (worst cramps EVER!) but they slowly went away - along with my period. I've had it now for 4 years, haven't had a period in a couple of years, never cramp, no mood swings, no weight gain - nothing but AWESOMENESS! Hurts…
