  • Hi Rachel, The "shred" is Jillian Michaels' of the Biggest Loser DVD called 30 Day Shred. There are 3 levels during the 30 days. Some on the board go 10 days at each level and others mix it up for 30 days. It's whatever you're comfortable with. People are seeing results after sticking with the program!

  • LeeAnna, I play it through my hubby's xBox and it comes on right at the part where you select the level. That's the only DVD player we have.
