    Hi Rachel,
    The "shred" is Jillian Michaels' of the Biggest Loser DVD called 30 Day Shred. There are 3 levels during the 30 days. Some on the board go 10 days at each level and others mix it up for 30 days. It's whatever you're comfortable with. People are seeing results after sticking with the program!

    This morning I did some yoga instead of the Shred...but my friend gave me a measuring tape this morning so tomorrow I will hit L1D9 and post my measurements...I remember that on 1/1/10 my hips were 39" so we'll see if there's been shrinkage.

    Go Shredders...you guys are killin' it!

    This morning....Yep I got up & did Day 27 Level 3 of the shred, did upper body strength training & rode the Spin bike. I'm so happy to get it out of the way.

    Anyway.. I'm here to tell you there is light at the end of the tunnel, but it's dark for a minute LOL!!! :laugh:

    If I made it you can!! GET IT SHREDDERS!!! Were taking over!!!
