Never, if you can manage it :)

You should talk to a veterinarian. I think you have been severely misinformed.

You can stop. You choose not to. It's 100% willpower. You are the only one who can help yourself.

Yeah, a lot of people don't realize that running too much or too long can really harm a dog in the long run (pun intended). And once the hips go it's bye bye doggy time.

I love it too. I prepare It a few different ways. 1. pan fry with olive oil, salt and pepper = basic, blah 2. bake in oven with parmesan cheese and garlic 3. wrap with prosciutto and fry or bake

I know what it's like up there. I lived in Northern MB on the NWT border and they used to have "Dog Day" where some of the townspeople would get together and ride around town shooting all the stray dogs. They would pile up that fast. I rescued one a long time ago who I found. His collar had been placed on him when he was a…

It can be hard on them. My vet recommended that they don't run longer than 30 minutes at a time and no more than 1 hour a day. Also, some breeds shouldn't run at all because they are prone to hip dysplasia and contrary to popular belief, running does not help prevent that. Also, after a certain age, running time should be…

Jeremy Renner....I don't know what character he plays but I don't really care either.

Quitting smoking was one of the easiest things I have ever done so I do shame smokers and I know I shouldn't but there it is. I guess I just feel that if it was so easy for me, everyone else must just be lazy or using excuses. I know that's not true but that's how I feel when I see someone smoking.

I just pick her up by her chest and belly and lift her as high as I can (about chest level) and then put her down. She is 70 lbs so that's a pretty good lift. I do it from a standing position.

I don't eat breakfast at all, and I usually don't eat lunch either. I find that as soon as I eat I get hungry so I put it off until dinner usually.

What?!?! I'm a walker lol

He got up there. He could have gotten down too. People can be such idiots sometimes.

I also have a backpack for my Shepherd but nothing tires her out. If you are near a lake, try swimming. I throw the ball into the lake for mine for a few hours and it does tire her out a little.
-
I walk/jog with these two igits and once in a while I do lifts with the Shepherd. She likes it.

The things we hate the most in the world are our own insecurities. She is still insecure about being fat once upon a time and it obviously still haunts her. She clearly needs therapy because it is not okay to treat people like she is doing. Edit: I also know how she feels in a way. I quit smoking about two years ago and I…

You should make friends now when you're fat because you'll never know if the ones you make when you are skinny would have liked you when you were fat and that's not a friend.

why meatloaf and meatballs?

YEah, it's great. The best out there. But try Kijiji or whatever online classifieds your area has before you buy new. I got a 3 month old Nordic Track elliptical worth 1800 bucks for 300 because someone got one for xmas and didn't want it. It was still in the box!

Thanks guys!

At that amount of calories, you probably wouldn't need to exercise at all, and you should eat back any exercise calories you do burn.
-
Baked pears. Ingredients: 6 Pears - ripe Peel pears and cut in half lengthwise. Place open side down in a baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake 375 - 400 for 15 - 30 mins, They're done when they are soft

You have to want it bad enough. There is no trick or scheme. Just willpower. You either have it or you don't.

Smoked Turkey Sausage. I just pan fry it dry and eat it with eggs. Low cal, low fat and high protein!
-
Well some of us have low BMR's. Mine is only 880 - 911

definitely try to find some tortilla wraps then because you don't need to cook them. And smoked turkey sausage is already cooked so you could nuke it in the microwave and that would be good.
