  • I did it Friday. Worked out Saturday. Rest Sunday. Was sick Monday and Tuesday. I have class tonight but plan on Shredding after I get out of class.   • Hi All, This is a hard challenge to meet, but I've been going for it. I did 60 min of Zumba Monday. I was sick Tuesday and didn't do any exercise. Wednesday I mowed the lawn for 60 min and Thursday I did 30 mins of treadmill and walked 30 minutes at work. So thus far I've done 180 minutes. I can do it.
  • I'm in. I think I can do it. I'm doing 1 hour of Zumba tonight. I wanted to modify my workout plan this month anyway. I'm doing just cardio. No strength training. My scale hasn't moved this month and I'm hoping this will make a difference.
