Hi all,

This article is from January from Real Simple but it has a month worth of 400 or less calorie dinners for 31 days. Some are a little too gourmet for me, but it looks like there are some really good ones. Check it out! :)

Thanks! I also use the Kraft Foods website. They have a Healthy Eating section which has lots of easy recipes under 400 cals. I just discovered another great one -- www.eatbetterarmerica.com

Mom2, that site has some great recipes. Good call.

I just got a Betty Crocker cook book that has nothing but meals 300 calories or less per serving. It even has a section for cooking for 2.

I made the white bean and bulgur chili from the Real Simple website a couple of days ago. It turned out fine. But when I put the ingredients into both the MFP food database and the Spark recipe calculator I got much more calories per serving than listed on the Real Simple recipe. And I used less olive oil than it called for. FYI....
