  • My little girl will be 4 months on Saturday. I am getting back on track. I need active supportive friends.
  • I have a Nordictrack EXP1000. I bought it used. I love it and use it almost everyday. It helped me to lose 112 lbs. Easy to use and folds up.
  • I will enjoy the foods and time with my family. I will log it all the best I can. Then space out the calories of overage over the next week and burn them. Then eat the leftovers responsibly. All that turkey makes for great healthy meals for the following week. These holidays only come once year and are gone to quickly. I…
  • My arms have definitely taken the lead. They are so toned and muscular, especially after a good workout. I constantly get compliments about them.
  • Having lost over 100lbs my breasts left quickly. I was a full 40D and am now a full 34B. No one is allowed to seem them. Not even my husband if I can help it. :blushing: I am hoping we can afford implants down the road but if not oh well. I will take these itty bitty titties over been 250 lbs again.
  • Thank you everyone! I really appreciate all the kind words and support!
  • Thank you so much! I really appreciate all the compliments and support! I am almost 35 and 5'5". Yes, my daughter took some of the pictures. She has changed a lot as well. There is a big difference in her from the first picture to the last. There is a difference of 16 months between those pictures. My children bike and…
  • Hi. I am nearing the end of my weight loss journey and starting strength training. I work out hard but not the best with my diet. You can eat that cake but you better get your big butt on that treadmill when you are done. I log everyday and comment as much as I can.
  • It is not uncommon for weight loss to throw your hormones out of wack. When I first started dropping the weight this happened. Now they are 28 days exactly. You have lost a lot of weight. Give your body time to adjust before getting too worked up. That will only make it worse. If you continue to miss then adding some…
  • Well, I wish I could say yes. 34 yr old mom of 4. I have lost 92 pounds so far. I am still sporting the pouch. I am hoping with toning and maybe a little more weight loss that I can tighten it up some. I know it will only tighten up so much but a pouch is better than the 92 pounds that I was carrying before.
  • Water is my key to keep from over doing it. Drinking lots of water helps curb cravings and keeps me from feeling hungry. I allow one snack a day usually. It gives me a treat and something to look forward to. I also plan out what I will eat for the week on Sundays. That is very helpful.

  • Hi. I am 5'5 and started at 252. I quit drinking soda and started walking 2 years ago. I lost 17 pounds. Then my husband got me a treadmill for Christmas. I started here in January. I walk at about 3.2 mph at 7 incline for 100 minutes a day 6 days a week. I usually do a slow pace walk on Sundays just to stay under on…
  • Hi there. I am 5'5 mom of 3. I weigh 182 lbs now. Been on here for about 4 months. Down about 70 lbs overall. It is hard work but as long as I keep moving forward I feel good. I love all the support and motivation I get from this site. I never eat under 1200 if I can help it. Anyone can feel free to add me. Good luck…
  • Wow, everyone is really different here. I am down 65 lbs and started at a 22. I can get into a 14 now. I carry most of my weight in my hips and thighs. I hope to see a size 10 by August.
  • Walking is my primary source of cardio. Experience says that walking faster is better because increasing your heat rate burns more calories. Good luck.
  • Still working on it. This is me two years ago at 252 and then last week at 193.
  • Hi. I am starting with a goal of 92. May need to lose more but it was something to aim for. I have lost 48 so far. Anyone feel free to add me.

  • I started because I started to develop high blood pressure. The thought of being sick and potentially having a stroke at 34 with small kids that depend on me scared me into doing something. I gave it a good effort and I started losing weight. Once the weight started dropping I felt amazing. The joy and accomplishments I…
  • I am in! Lost 34 already. Going to aim for 30. Aim high! Anyone feel free to add me.
  • Hi. I am Cyndi, 34. I started at 252. I lost 26 before joining MFP. Down another 8. I am supportive and am logging daily. I am very motivated and try to stay positive. Anyone feel free to add me.
  • I have been slowly making changes to the meals we already eat and eating smaller portions and more veggies. I did just tell my junk food loving husband yesterday, either you support me and help think of meals I can make that you would like or you can make your own dinner. Truth is I am not making anything gross or weird.…
  • I am planning a few rewards after 53 lbs lost. I am getting all new work out clothes and running shoes. I am going to get a pedicure as well. Not something I normally do but will enjoy. 20 lbs to go. Woohoo! Oh and definitely agree on holding off on the tattoo. Your body will change a lot. Good luck.
  • I read once a saying that has stuck with me. "Do you want the body you've wanted your whole life or the snack you have been craving for an hour?" Definitely put things in perspective for me.
