I compare the values myself. When I'm going somewhere I look up what I want ahead of time on the restaurants website and then edit the entries in MFP if I see that they are off.

I binged last night too. One of my friends asked if I wanted to go to TGI Fridays to celebrate how much men are jerks and I was like SURE. I ended up eating...too much. Thankfully I've come to terms with the fact that I'm not going to beat myself up when I binge. I will just make sure it doesn't happen again.

I weigh on Saturdays or Sundays depending on how I feel my week went. I used to be a serial weigher..I would weigh myself every day and get SICK over the regular weight fluctuations a normal body goes through. I got out of that habit because it was getting bad for me.

I have no energy during my period. I usually feel horrible, have insanely bad cramps and want to do nothing but sleep and eat. (Although I don't eat anymore during my period! Now I just sleep...lol) It's not just an excuse for me, it's legit. I seriously get so sick during my period... It sucks :(

I eat when I'm hungry but I eat everything before 8:30PM if possible. Depending on how late I get home from work and how many breaks I can take.

I used to beat myself up when I ate something bad and then fell off the wagon. This time I'm not doing that. Since I"m changing my life for good I want to keep going if I make a mistake. :)

I agree with the person above. I limit my salt intake too because that makes you retain water. I only drink water during my period because it helps me feel like I am less bloated.

I like splenda even though a lot of people have negative things to say about it. I hate sweet and low...i think it tastes bitter.

I make oatmeal or have some fruit as I'm running out the door sometimes. Other times I get an egg white flatbread from Dunkin, which fits in somewhat with the way I'm eating. Other times I don't eat breakfast and then end up regretting it. I'm not really a yogurt person, but that would be good as well.

I'm down 7lbs in a little over 8 days but this is how I lose. I lose a crap load of weight the first two weeks and then it evens out to 0.5 - 1lb a week, sometimes I'll get to 2lbs a week if I'm lucky. For me, if I go off one day and eat something bad I get right back on track the next day. It really doesn't damage my weight loss progress too much but it will (most likely) put me a day behind. Maybe it's just my body and my metabolism but it doesn't take me long to get back on track. :)
