IMO, everyone's body is different. I've never had a problem with eating too few calories and stalling because of "starvation mode" and I don't really know anyone else who has. I think it just depends on the person and how their body works. I would say definitely try some muscle building exercises, that can help if your…

Nice to meet you! You can do this! I've dieted SO many times before but only lost 20lbs before I quit. This time I said this was the last time I was going to try or I would jsut be happy with who I was and I've lost 62 lbs so far and counting. I'm PAST my halfway mark. YOU CAN DO THIS IF I CAN!

EXACTLY WHAT I WAS THINKING. First of all when you do squats I would say the sound you make when you're "in the zone" would be more so misconstrued as being constipated than climaxing. However if your boss came right out and called you a liar, you've done something in the past in order to lose his/her trust. I think THAT…

I compare the values myself. When I'm going somewhere I look up what I want ahead of time on the restaurants website and then edit the entries in MFP if I see that they are off.

My friend always says to me, "Oh, you can eat _____ one time. It won't kill your diet." when she wants to go out to eat. She seriously gets mad at me when I tell her I won't eat whatever it is (usually mozzarella sticks) when we go out. She needs to realize that I'm not a quitter and I'm going to see this through to my…

I binged last night too. One of my friends asked if I wanted to go to TGI Fridays to celebrate how much men are jerks and I was like SURE. I ended up eating...too much. Thankfully I've come to terms with the fact that I'm not going to beat myself up when I binge. I will just make sure it doesn't happen again.

He might love you the way you are but he also should be supportive of what makes YOU happy. If my boyfriend did that I would have smacked him silly!

You can always add me. I'm always looking for motivation :)

I'm getting a tattoo when I lose 50lbs, which is a little more than half way to my goals. I'm going to get a butterfly on my wrist with my grandparent's initials. Mostly because when my grandparent's died my oldest (who was 4 at the time) said that she saw my grandparents as butterflies. And the funny part is that in the…

I've been lied to about age, past and much more....I ended it. I have no patience for dating liars nor do I ever condone that. Secondly, if you're doubting a lot about your relationship and future, It's probably your brain telling you it's not the right path for you. I'm not telling you what to do, but if I were you I…

I don't restrict them. I allow myself to eat them in moderation but now i Just don't even want them :)

I weigh on Saturdays or Sundays depending on how I feel my week went. I used to be a serial weigher..I would weigh myself every day and get SICK over the regular weight fluctuations a normal body goes through. I got out of that habit because it was getting bad for me.

I have no energy during my period. I usually feel horrible, have insanely bad cramps and want to do nothing but sleep and eat. (Although I don't eat anymore during my period! Now I just sleep...lol) It's not just an excuse for me, it's legit. I seriously get so sick during my period... It sucks :(

I understand what you're saying. I was in denial about my weight too mostly because my friends have always said that I don't look my weight...and I don't think i do either. Even now! I guess I just carry it well but I had to come to the realization that I really am that fat. I really am at an unhealthy weight and could…

I eat when I'm hungry but I eat everything before 8:30PM if possible. Depending on how late I get home from work and how many breaks I can take.

I've made this with cream before but you're right....more calories. I have to try this with cream of mushroom soup. :)

Some guys are just idiots. I've been on Match.com and when I met some guys they said TO MY FACE, "I thought you were thinner..." and then I never heard back from them. Or I would send them more pictures and they would say, "Oh sorry, I'm into skinnier girls". It's not what's on the outside but some are incredibly vein.…

I used to beat myself up when I ate something bad and then fell off the wagon. This time I'm not doing that. Since I"m changing my life for good I want to keep going if I make a mistake. :)

Wow, that's amazing. You look great. I hope I can get down that low :)

I did too when I read that. And I can't believe someone is reporting pictures.

I'm 28 and need to lose about 100lbs. I record my food everyday and do my best to stay on track. :)

1. What is one thing you will never do again? Get engaged after just a month of knowing someone. That, for me, was a recipe for disaster. 2. Would you rather be twice as smart or twice as happy? Twice as happy. I don't care if I'm dumb, I just want to be happy. 3. What happened the last time you cried? I was just depressed…

That sounds so good. Now I'm mad I went to the grocery store already because I would have gotten that stuff. lol (And there's no way I'm going out in the snow.)

I agree with the person above. I limit my salt intake too because that makes you retain water. I only drink water during my period because it helps me feel like I am less bloated.

I need to lose 100lbs and I'm a mom. :) I have two girls and track my food no matter what! You can add me :)

I sold my DVD at a yard sale last summer and was bummed because I wanted to do it. I didn't know it was on YouTube, thanks!!!

I like splenda even though a lot of people have negative things to say about it. I hate sweet and low...i think it tastes bitter.

I make oatmeal or have some fruit as I'm running out the door sometimes. Other times I get an egg white flatbread from Dunkin, which fits in somewhat with the way I'm eating. Other times I don't eat breakfast and then end up regretting it. I'm not really a yogurt person, but that would be good as well.

I'm down 7lbs in a little over 8 days but this is how I lose. I lose a crap load of weight the first two weeks and then it evens out to 0.5 - 1lb a week, sometimes I'll get to 2lbs a week if I'm lucky. I always lose weight fast but put it back on even faster when I go off my diet. I'm used to the way I lose weight because…

For me, if I go off one day and eat something bad I get right back on track the next day. It really doesn't damage my weight loss progress too much but it will (most likely) put me a day behind. Maybe it's just my body and my metabolism but it doesn't take me long to get back on track. :)
