I am so glad you said this as I find this difficult to do for any period of time. My arms get tired of supporting my body weight.

How long before you were able to the "fun stuff" -- headstand, crazy poses. I think that would be so amazingly, awesome! Love all your success -- great job!

Too funny that you posted this. I love the Cacique undies, but the 14/16 panties are too big for me too. (wish I could say the bras were too big for me now, too, but that'll come next). However, I have no good suggestions. Hopefully someone more helpful than me will chime in.

Love your attitude and zest for life. Congratulations! It sounds like 2013 was an awesome year for you...can't wait to see what 2014 brings!

Great goals everyone! Who else is in?

Isn't it great to worry about clothes being too big instead of being too small?!? Congrats and job well done!

Happy birthday to us!! Hope you can celebrate all week long! My sister made my birthday cake with homemade icing. Like you, I believe cake is a frosting delivery mechanism -- so I threw out the cake and am enjoying the icing!!!

Joining this thread as I just celebrated by 41st (or as I am now calling it -- forty-funnest) birthday. Just read the post about the Joy and her joy of running. The way she embraced life is how I want to do it -- happy, healthy and with huge excuberance! I have made great improvements in my lifestyle since this past June…

Like most of us, first time posting and dont' know how to get the image to work. Pulling photo that I posted on imgur.

Excellent progress and success! Keep on keeping on and you will be at goal -- and healthier and happier than ever -- before you know it! You are a great inspiration.

I have the Fitbit Flex, and I got it in June. I love it. I track my food and exercise in MFP and it synchs with Fitbit. I never realized how sedentary my job was -- I thought that with three kids, I moved a lot. I learned that if I don't exercise, I may only get 3,000 steps in a day. "They" say we should be getting 10,000…

It looks like you set a 1200 calorie goal. This is the minimum you should eat each day. If you exercise, you should eat back those calories you burn or you will not be giving yourself enough fuel. I do not think you are eating enough to cover the amount of exercise you do each day. I had set my calories to 1200 plus eating…

I totally agree with you! I know people recommended only weighing in one day a week, but I just can't manage the suspense. So I weigh in whenever I want, but I ONLY track the down numbers. So here's to celebrating the positive and working through the rest!

I stalled out at week 2 for 30 Day Shred. THis is motivation to get back on track. Job well done!

Please don't say your fat -- you are 3 months and 25 pounds healthier. Congrats! You are just the motivation I needed today.

4. Dream about how happy I'd be when I reached my goal weight. It's weird but you have to learn how to be happy. Just being at your goal weight doesn't automatically make you feel happy - at least not for long. The compliments stop, the thrill of losing weight stops, the ordinary trials and tribulations of life continue…

I love Zombies, Run! And am like you -- I don't like running. But I've now progressed so that I can actually do a 5K and not die at the end. Can't wait for the new missions to come out today!

1. Fit into a pair of capris, a dress and a skirt that were too tight for the past two years -- but kept "just in case" 2. Realized that I can run at a decent pace for quite the distance and feel pretty good -- at the beginning of the year a one minute jog was demanding 3. Increased my hand weights from 3lbs to 6lbs for…

I've done the first 3 days of the first week of Ripped in 30. I have a really hard time with the abs, but the other exercises are OK. May even try heavier weights today. I am doing this in addition to getting about 10,000 steps/day as tracked by my FitBit Flex. The combination of eat less/move more is working for me, but I…

I have even bigger boobs than you and have had a terrible time finding a bra that I like. Check out Glamorise available at JC Penney:…

This inspiration has come at the perfect time as I am on Week 1/Day 3 of Ripped in 30. Of course the soreness is really kicking in and it would be easy to pass on the workout today. I want results like yours, so guess what's next on my agenda: exercise! Keep of the great work.

Thanks! That is helpful. I will search for that group.

It could be that you are losing fat and gaining muscle instead. While muscle weighs more -- it is far less bulky than an equivalent amount of fat. I'd rather weigh more with muscle than be "skinny" with fat. Keep up the good work -- they scale will move eventually!
