My last ex and biggest age difference I've had was 7 years younger than me. It didn't work out because we were in such different places in life...she wanted to travel the world and stuff like that, I own a house and was ready to settle down. So we broke up after a couple months. My partner now is four years younger than me…

Hoping to lose some weight so I look and feel better in my clothes...and so that I look and feel better when binding! I have a cheap, crappy binder right now, but I want to buy a nice one. I won't feel very comforrtable wearing it if my belly sticks out farther than my boobs did, though. :P

Cut off one of your arms.

For me, a binge is when I feel unable to control my eating and feel a lot of shame about it. If I can fit a binge into my caloric intake for the day, great, but that doesn't mean I didn't get out of control.

A Happy Meal from McDonald's (Hamburger, small coke, fries, apple slices) is 585 calories, which fills me up! It's nice to have as a treat every now and then :)

Salami sammich and an apple. I'm a simple girl :)

I first completed c25k a couple years ago and I lost about 10 pounds in the process. I still run several times a week! Keep up with it!

Eating 600 calories a day isn't sustainable, though. You can't do that for the rest of your life. If you lose by eating 600 calories a day now, when you go back to eating like a normal person, you'll gain weight. You need to be eating at least 1200 calories a day. You also need to go talk to your doctor about the problems…

Granola bar and a handful of almonds. I'm not a big breakfast eater

You will find that you can run a lot father with (seemingly) a lot less effort when you are running outside! Running on a treadmill, I can last about 15 minutes before I have to stop. Outside I run full 5ks once or twice a week, which takes me about 40 minutes (yeah, I'm slow!). How far are you getting when you run for 25…

Open up your diary so the helpful people here can see what you're eating and offer tips! :)

Figured I should post, since I've been a member here for a long time! I'm Reaux, nice to meet you all :)

I'm sure it works--anything that puts you at a daily calorie deficit will make you lose weight--but what will you do when the program is over? You don't have any idea how to eat healthy meals since you've been replacing your meals with shakes. I am wary of all programs like this that don't teach you the skills you need to…

I just like to run. Makes me feel good about myself, pushes me to achieve greater things in other areas of my life. Sorry if you don't approve of my reason for running. :P

I'm 5'3 and a quarter! Currently at 180. My long term goal is 145, but right now my goal is 160!

I took Emoquette (generic from Apri) for about 6 months and it gave me deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolisms. My side effects were life threatening! It didn't cause my to gain weight, or make my boobs grow, or get rid of my pimples, or change my mood much (it did help my PMS). It made me very sleepy, which was…

None. I only drink water!

I also brought everything to work to share with the coworkers. Let them eat the cookies and candy! I did save a package of Twizzlers and Ferrero Rocher chocolates for myself, I'll eat one or two on days when I have enough calories to do so :)

I gained about 4 pounds but am finally back to my pre-holiday weight!

This is good advice! I'm a lifetime binge eater, and I know that if I deprive myself from all junk type foods, I'll just get frustrated and go on a binge and eat an entire box of Oreos or something insane like that. If I really want an Oreo, I work it into my plan for the day. I'll exercise enough to eat a few Oreos, but…

Eating out is a big struggle for me, too. If I know I am going to a restaurant in advance, I plan my calories and exercise for the day so I can afford to splurge a little and get something like french fries! At diner type places, chicken salad or egg salad sandwiches on wheat bread aren't too bad. Skip the french fries and…

I think it's not there because it's hard to give a broad calculation for something like that. You can use this Zumba calculator and add it in yourself! http://caloriesburnedhq.com/zumba-calories-burned/
