Yup - was on half that amount of gaba and it wasn't doing anything for my nerve pain. Since upping the dose I am also upping the number on the scale and still in pain and not very active :(

Totally in! Daily Goals: 1 - minimum 5K steps (recovering from a back injury - yuck) 2 - carbs within goal 3 - drink 100oz water 4 - log all food 5 - sleep 8 hours ~there is no end to this journey~

I AM IN! :) Goals - daily/accurate logging, up my water, stay within my cal/carb range, "some" form of exercise EVERY day, and daily flossing! Trying to keep it simple and attainable. Losing 5lbs + would be awesome....
