almost back to school time for the kids means back to logging for me! I have kept pretty low carb all summer and surprised with all the socializing that I have not gained (so THAT is my NSV - I usually gain 5-10lbs over the summer with beer and bbqs).....can't wait to see the scale move now that I am back on track and have…

who needs the scale - you look amazing! :)

Well - my daily exercise thing hasn't happened but since I am only on day 16 of eating keto I am trying to focus on doing that consistently for the whole month. 4.4lbs lost in 15 days and I love how I feel! July will be my back to exercise month because I am tired of the jiggle when I wiggle

wasn't a fan of the ones I tried but am not giving up! going to North Carolina this summer and will stock up on whatever I can find :)

Yes - bloodwork was done pre-keto.....I think I will take my women's daily multi and my magnesium and see how that goes for a while - thanks everyone!
-
yeah - for the potassium I was thinking about using a salt substitute like this: http://www.lowcarbcanada.ca/collections/cooking/products/nusalt-salt-substitute-3-oz but have also heard that you need more sodium with this WOE because your body absorbs it diferently?
-
oh and also - what "should" my my potassium and sodium range be daily? does that depend on height/weight? thanks o:)
-
thanks for the tip....TMI but my sweetie is loving my new WOE because now I have to sleep naked! :p

I love this group :)

My husband doesn't like the taste of coconut AT ALL so that has made me reluctant, plus I am a…
