making portion size a priority and moving more myself

Hi all I just joined the group. I have been using MFP about a mth now and am down 8 lbs. I have completely changed my eating patterns and portion sizes and avoid all the sugar and carbs I can. I am glad to be here and I love God.

dont try to jump start weight loss, you will be let down because it will be water weight, just change your eating habits, and try to move more, it will happen but do it slow so you can stick with it

I am loving this study. I am down a couple lbs since starting. I chose the Whole Foods Diet , it seems to be the one I will stick with. Good luck and may God bless each of us. :flowerforyou:
