Also, I see you're almost there. Congrats! Keep it up!

MFP doesn't change you're calorie goal as you loose weight. So maybe now you're actually eating the amount of calories you'll need to maintain that weight. So maybe it's time to re evaluate your goals?

Right before a workout, you want thinks that will give you energy right away and also balance you out. Also keep the calorie count below half of what you burn, in general, that's 300 cals/hour. Here's some of the things I usually have: 1) peanut butter and pretzels crackers( hard pretzels) 2)banana and nuts(unsalted) One…

eating "too little calories" is damaging to you health regardless of your goal. But 1300-1500 isn't too little, so you should be fine. Unless you're eating less than 800 cals/day, you should be fine. Good luck though, keep it up!

Try light strength training a LOT of stretching. What's important is that you keep moving so it doesn't sieze up or swell.

By I've only lost about 2lbs, so I don't think I should slow down now. Also, I'm not at a very high weight, and my BMR is only 1300.

Exactly! I never considered that. I usually make sure I have enough water before a work out but I don't typically eat more because it's at the end of the day so I assume I've eaten enough for that day. However, I'm not a fan of working out with food in my stomach. Is there anything else you can suggest?

Feel free to add me!!!

MFP actually calculates this for you! Also, there's plenty of online calculators that does the same thing.

Entirely for myself! Love the way I feel when I'm thinner :D

If I'm just eating one or two eggs, I'll have it whole. But if I want to up my protein if I had an intense workout the daybefore, I'll have 4 egg, but take out 2 or three of the yolk. Also, I really can't stand the taste of just egg yolks.

That actually seems pretty accurate. Wii boxing isn't intense at all, and 30mins of swinging your arms around isn't much exercise regardless of how much you weight. Also, 15mins on the treadmill and just under 200 calories is quite a heafty munber! Hand an hour on the treadmill for me only come to 300 calories. Keep it up…

Umm... no... But you might be bloated because you started exercising. You're body will store more carbs and water in and around your muscles to keep up with the extra demand. Also, this increase will put pressure on some of your systems (digestive... intestines...) which might be what is causing the bloated feeling. Keep…

I was on a liquid diet for 2 week once (teeth issues, not fad diet) and for the week afterwards, I struggled so much to eat, I got full so quickly!!! I'm not sure if it's cuz my stomach shrank or what, but it certainly felt like it did. To give you an idea of how little i ended up eating, I was 14 yo, probably 5'3'' or…

I give myself a "secret food" everyday, it's something I don't log and don't fuss over when I eat it. I try to keep it under 100 calories and just leave it my my desk/ in my bag. I find that it keeps me sain and most days, I don't even eat it!

I'm restating too :) feel free to add me. And yes, I keep my friends to ladies only too! Guys can be awesome sometimes but not here, I find it way too personal!

You metabolism is how much quickly you burn energy. When you exercise, you burn more energy which means your metabolism goes up. But actually, your metabolism didn't change( and if it did, see a doctor) you did.

I used to be a competitive skater and this happened quite often. The two weeks before a competition I would almost double my training (to about 30hrs a week) and I'd gain about 2-3lbs. My diet was closely monitored, I didn't dare deviate from my meal plan. What happens is that you're muscles will retain more carbs and…

I used to get panic attacks all the time. I'd love to give you advice but I really can't. It's the worst feeling in the world and I wouldn't wish it upon anyone. The thing is, everyone one handles it differently and you just have to find what works for you. For me, talking walks and cold showers help a lot. I really do…

Thanks for all the support! If only I had this many awesome supporters the first time!

I don't think that's a good idea, here why: 1) judging by you're current weight, I'd say you're eating more than 1200 right now. So the sudden change will do terrible things to your blood sugar and appetite. Plainly put, you'll feel awful! Try maybe 1500 for a month then go down to 1200 2) that is too much weight in a very…

Sure things. I usual do 30mins cardio, 30 mins toning and 30 mins stretching and that usually comes to just under 500 calories( according to my watch)
