I have a very round face and was worried about the same thing. I had long curly hair and now am totally rocking a pixie :) I love it! It's actually very slimming on my face and have gotten nothing but compliments :) I say ask a hair dresser who has a lot of experience and go for it :)

I have a pair and to be honest I haven't really noticed them doing much. But I have pretty strong legs and I read that they don't do too much if your legs are already toned except add a bit more intensity to your workouts since they make you use your stabilizer muscles. I love mine though, they are very comfy :)

WHen I started I would be super careful about what I eat, work out every day and track everything and not only did I gain weight my measurements didn't change and I lost zero inches...anywhere...I think I actually gained a bit. I didn't think you could drink too much water? I drink about 8 glasses of water a day (probably about 12oz each) and about two coffees and on average 1-4 green or herbal teas....I'm a thirsty gal lol.

My workouts are : Mon, wed, fri. : Jillian Micheals Ripped in 30 (still on level one) and 30 minute program on the elliptical. Tues and thursday: 30 minutes elliptical and yoga. I don't think so, I drink A LOT of water. Probably about 15 cups a day, at least. And it was an all day type of thing, just a little worse after work outs. And no special diet and lots of carbs lol, plus I upped my protein.

I never really had a preference, I am only 5'2 so most guys are taller than me lol. Although I have to say, I dated a guy who was 6'8 for years and am now married to a super hottie who is only 5'5 and there are a lot of benefits to having a guy closer to my size lol, things just fit better and there is no neck straining :P

I have four babies :) Almost 7, 5, 3 and 20 months. I gained 80lbs with the first and about 40/45 with the other three. Lost all the baby weight and only have about ten more lbs to go till goal weight. :)

Totally agree!! Kinda what I was trying to say but MUCH better worded and got the point across a lot clearer!!! Its a LIFESTYLE change, not a diet :) (and I too am a total french fry addict....well, more of a poutine addict which is a million times worse lol.)
