Some of us cant afford the new nike gear to go workout it. All I have is old sweatpants and i go with no makeup. But I dont judge people who all of that. I know for me I cant afford the fancy clothes yet. And I am not waisting my money buying something hot until I am hot!!

Just because I am not tracking on here doesnt mean I am not watching what I am eating or not working out. I am still working out 4-5 days a week and watching what I am eating. I Didnt track much this weekend (for everyone looking at my past couple days) Even though I didnt track I did stay somewhat on track. I normally have an apple every day. Eaching fresh sandwhiches etc. And when I workout I am pushing myself as hard as I can go until I can go any more.

I go to planet fitness too! I wish the arc trainer there had the arm movement as well but i still love it even without! Well I am going to keep using and see what kind of results I get.

Have a glass of water if you think you are hungry. if you still feel hungry after that then eat. but sometimes thirst can be mistaken for hunger. i have read and heard that little trick in magazines and from mutiple trainers. even if having that glass of water holds you over for an extra half hour thats a half hour less…

i keep adding food on the same day until i go to sleep. even if i stay up really really late. so i dont start tracking until i get up again

I have the kettlenetics DVD that I do. Its 40 minutes of nonstop moving, swinging, squat, and everything else u can think of. I know I don't burn 20 Cal's a minute but it would b nice. Your supposed to stretch right after u work out while your muscles are still warm. That's what I've read a dozen times anyway

My kettle is 4 pounds. Highest I found was 20 Cal's a minute so 400 cal for 29 minutes. Middle was 300cal/2o minute. Lowest found was 279cal/20 minutes. So I almost not sure

I am 5'2 and 180. I don't know how to figure any of that out. I just saw what a bunch of different articles and a study by a doctor and it said 20 Cal's a minute. I wish I knew if that was true

How many calories are you eating/suggested? and how often are you working out? you should work out more and try to burn 300calories each time

thats like the HCG diet. on that one its only 500 calories a day. i wanted to do it but it seems way to few calories
