CONGRATULATIONS! That is some awesome results! Do you belong to a gym? If so I would see about getting a personal training session. You can tell them your goals and they will give you some exercises to do.. Also check out bodybuilding.com they have some decent plans on there... GOOD LUCK! You have done the hard part..…

Yes the same person did the measurments.. I get my measurements taken by by wellness coach at the gym.

Also keep in mind you don't HAVE to run/jog the whole thing... just do what you can! Just finishing it would be a big accomplishment!

OK so my gym has a dress code, sports bras and cut offs or a no -no. Not sure if Planet has that policy or not and granted they may have went about it wrong, but possibly if they do have the policy, maybe the employee was trying to offer a compliment while trying to tell her to put some clothes on?

I have lost one pound in 2 mnths and although I have seeing some results in inches and % shouldn't be seeing something on the scale as well? I'm new to this so I'm still unsure of what I should be expecting...

I can totally relate! I never ever worried about my weight and then my 30's hit and it slowly started creeping up on me and BAM there it was on day IN MY FACE! My 5'6 157 lbs self so misses my 130 -135 self but I'll settle for the 145-45 me!

So what do you suggest for strength training and what is considered a moderate amount of cardio? I do a whole body routine 2x week and 4 days of 60 min cardio... I HATE the Cardio!
